i unlocked 3 types of scenes: first one finish the laundry and ask for it. second one interrupt the cleaning process and ask to clean them urself. third scene ask them money after cleaning them and hire them. sadly i didn't figure how to unlock the last scene
if you're wondering what the dial does you can click BEFORE turning on the washing machine, and there are three different dial options. which actually speed up the time both of the dialogue and vastly speeds up the washing cycles so if you want the option of fucking the dirty girls it can be done much quicker
