Horny Recruiter is a visual novel-like interactive fiction game where you take the role of a “recruiter” of a multi-national tech company. You encounter various types of characters as “applicants” and must make appropriate decisions based on the criteria given by your manager. Of course, you’re free to do anything that you want!
The “interactive interview” mechanics of the game are all customized to their characters. Each character is designed to produce their own bubble of lewd experience or further enhance the overall immersion of the game.
The current version of the game is still in the “early access” or “alpha version” stage so much will still change according to feedback and will definitely be added!
Horny Recruiter is a “choice-based fetish interactive interview” game that uses visual novel elements for progression and storytelling.
You go to work each day and interview a variety of applicants. Get to know them, their background, and their personality, and eventually decide whether to hire them or not.
However, some applicants will do literally anything to get a job in the company!
More updates will be added to the game in the coming months, such as:
- More Interactive interview mechanics
- “Promotions”, where your character gets promoted to the next level of the interview process and gets to perform Physical Examinations, the ability to Termination, and Panel Interviews.
- “After-work mechanics” to enhance your character's stats such as taking online courses, going to the gym, or watching a variety of porn!
- More simulation-like mechanics like buying food, furniture, or renting a new apartment
- Fully animated lewd scenes
- More characters from popular anime, other fetishes, and role-play.

Just an FYI unextraordinary is a term that means ordinary and although it may qualify as a word it isn't a word any business person would use. If she is a good student she may call herself extraordinary and if she weren't she would call herself "just a regular student" other wise she would call herself a bad student. Unextraordinary is a word (ordinary) with a prefix (extra) and the prefix (un) which would mean (un) opposite of (extra) beyond (ordinary) normal or "I'm the opposite of beyond normal" which is a total oxymoron (look it up it's not an insult).
In V2 demo version - i dont see something like "Gallery" to replay the unlocked scenes. Is there such feature in the full game ?

I get that you're supposed to have sex with these women or whatever, but this quickly turned into genuine interview simulator where sex was off the menu and you only accept people with a high aptitude for the position

I can't play the game. When I click on "You're on your way home, devastated" in the opening cutscene, nothing happens and the game doesn't progress on its own. Clicking Skip does work, but it obviously skips the cutscene.
